Chahrazad holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE) and a degree in work and organizational psychology.

With over 20 years of experience, Chahrazad has worked in multinationals in the pharmaceutical and education sectors before joining the Safran Group in 2006, where she held various positions before being appointed Senior Human Resources Manager in 2013.

She played a key role at Safran Nacelles Morocco, leading strategic initiatives aimed at improving the company's performance and fostering the growth of its employees.

In 2023, Chahrazad decided to take on a new challenge by joining DOOC as Human Resources Director.
