Chahrazad holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration (ISCAE) and a degree in work and organizational psychology.

With over 20 years of experience, Chahrazad has worked in multinationals in the pharmaceutical and education sectors before joining the Safran Group in 2006, where she held various positions before being appointed Senior Human Resources Manager in 2013.

At Safran Nacelles Morocco, she played a key role in leading strategic initiatives to enhance the company's performance and support employee development. In 2023, Chahrazad embraced a new challenge by joining DOOC as Human Resources Director.
