Hamid holds a State Engineering degree in industrial processes from the Mohammadia School of Engineers (EMI).

He has over 18 years of diverse experience in managing industrial operations and consulting in safety transformation. After gaining 8 years of experience in the mining industry, he enhanced his career by specializing in safety consulting.

Hamid has designed and implemented several initiatives aimed at transforming the safety culture within multinationals and large Moroccan groups.

His mastery of developing transformational leadership allows him to contextualize and effectively implement these transformations. Hamid joined DOOC in 2015 and is responsible for the Safety Mining practice.
