ACCESS AND USE CONDITIONS FOR DOOC'S INSTITUTIONAL SITE

Welcome to the website of DOOC S.A. (hereinafter referred to as 'DOOC'). The use of this site is subject to the access and usage conditions set forth below (the 'AUC').

 

Purpose

 

The purpose of these AUC is to define the terms of use of DOOC's Site (hereinafter referred to as the 'Site').

 

Any access to and/or use of the Site in any manner implies unconditional acceptance and compliance with all the terms of these AUC. They therefore constitute a commitment by the User.

 

If the User does not wish to accept all or part of these AUC, they are requested to refrain from any use of the Site.

 

Definitions:

 

 Site: The DOOC website

 User: The User is any person who uses the Site or any of the services or information offered on the Site.

 

Conditions for Accessing the Site

 

The Site is freely accessible to any User with internet access.

DOOC reserves the right to refuse access, unilaterally and without prior notice, to any User who does not comply with these AUC.

Furthermore, DOOC cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the network or servers or any other event beyond reasonable control that prevents or degrades access to the Site.

The logos associated with DOOC displayed on the Site, as well as the domain name 'www.dooc.ma', are and will remain the exclusive property of DOOC.

 

Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification, or use of these elements without the express and prior agreement of DOOC, for any reason, is prohibited and exposes the author to legal action from DOOC for damages without prejudice to criminal prosecution.

 

You may make a copy of the web pages published on the Site for your private, personal, and non-commercial use, provided that any copy of these web pages retains all copyright notices and exclusive rights therein.

Protection of Personal Data

 

DOOC is committed to taking the necessary measures so that any personal data provided by the User is processed in accordance with legal provisions, notably the provisions of law 09-08 promulgated by Dahir No. 1-09-15 of February 18, 2009, relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Limitation of Liability

 

Under no circumstances shall DOOC be liable for losses resulting from or in connection with access to the Site or the use of information or software available on the Site, whether directly or indirectly, including, without limitation, liability related to any loss of enjoyment, loss of business, loss of profits, or loss of data, or for incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether based on contract law, tort law (including negligence), or otherwise, even if DOOC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Moreover, DOOC cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may result from accessing or using the Site, including inaccessibility, data loss, damage, destruction, or viruses that may affect the User's computer equipment, and/or the presence of viruses on the Site.

 

Modification of Access and Use Conditions

 

DOOC reserves the right to enrich, modify, and correct the AUC periodically. Once amended, the AUC will take effect on the date of their posting on the Site. Consequently, users should regularly consult the AUC.

 

Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction for Dispute Resolution

 

These AUC will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Moroccan law.

 

Any dispute arising from the AUC or in connection with them shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca - Morocco.

 

The waiver by DOOC to enforce a violation of any of the provisions of the AUC shall not be interpreted as a waiver to enforce a violation of any other provision.
