El Amin holds a State Engineering degree from the Hassania School of Public Works, a Higher Management Cycle degree from ISCAE, and an executive training program at HEC Paris. He has gained significant experience in financial management over more than 20 years of work in various large Moroccan companies and multinationals. His background has allowed him to develop in-depth expertise in strategic planning, accounting and financial management, as well as management control. El Amin joined DOOC in 2016 as Administrative & Financial Director.

He embodies a dynamic approach focused on achieving results, stimulating innovation, and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with various company partners, whether internal or external. As a proactive contributor, he is constantly on the lookout for new ideas and initiatives to participate in achieving the company's strategic objectives.
